[Comcast] Earthlink over Comcast speed?

I decided to look into internet speeds for various reasons. This is my speedtest.net result in Spring, TX with Earthlink over Comcast. I thought it was a 6Mbps service...

Area was probably upgraded to a D3 cmts by comcast in your area, you can check here

If that is the case you are just seeing a side effect of D3, it may not last, once all is said and done, they may apply restrictions to earthlink based off of the agreement but for now enjoy it.
