Ok, I take it back - they are not 'dumb' but 'LAZY' instead. I am busy too, but I notice when a bill amount changes.

The bill is not hard to read - the fee is right there under "Data Usage".
They don't read their bill because they get it electronically and they pay automatically. They just don't bother to even look at the bill.

I understand electronic billing, I get mine that way, have autopay selected - but I still look at it.

To me looking at the electronic version is easier than sorting through the snail mail for it.
