SBG6580: Bridge Mode + Port Open Issues?
I can't figure out how to do bridge mode, called Moto and what a complete waste of my time. The guy was clueless and to escalate to tier 2 requires a callback within 1-2 business days. Needless to say I need this done tonight.
Another issue is opening port 80, my IPS assured me they do not block any ports period. Yet my port 80 is closed, I already disabled firewall both soft and hardware, etc. Still no luck and I need full 80 open asap.
Appreciate any and all help/tips. I've been dealing with Moto for 2 hours now, very clueless people. The guy just got back on the phone and said no way to bridge and no way to "fiddle with ports." Sigh Motorola has horrible support.
