| A shout-out to an excellent VT tech rep I wanted to publicly send out my sincere appreciation to a talented and patient VT tech rep, Thomas R.
Tom was instrumental in helping to debug and correct a problem with our phone service and his quote about "taking the path of least resistance is not what we reps do" definitely sums up his perseverance and genuine concern for the customer.
