Activation issues

I apologize for the trouble that occurred in getting the connection up and running.
Currently Rogers sees the service as up and active, so we need to send a technician out. We have requested the appointment and we are currently just waiting on confirmation of this.

Doesn't change the fact that this should have been handled a month ago when we put the request in. And it doesn't change the fact that this problem seems to happen to everyone and TSI still hasn't figured out how to deal with it.
