Potential Modem Issue?

Hello all, first time posting in here. I recently bought a SB6120 from a friend, it was almost brand new, it has been working for over a month now and yesterday, I get home and no internet. I unplugged the modem and wait about a min or so, plugged in back in, the power light comes on, the link light flashes red/pink for a few sec and then the rcv light kicks in and it will not go past the rcv light.

Comcast also said they can't send a signal to the modem as it's failing.

There is no reset button on this modem so I hope it's not the modem but that's why I am posting.

I am currently at work and not home so can't do anything right now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

How about logging into the GUI at »192.168.100.1/
Can you find a page in there that sets back everything to factory defaults?
EDIT: This is my GUI for a SB5100.

I was only able to access that when I plugged my pc directly into the modem. I did click that about 30 min ago. I haven't checked it since.
