Seqrets

Not sure if anyone here remembers me here, but my friend who
got me started in folding (Seqrets) has passed away this week.
He was 44 years old and we are still not sure what happened. He
was found sitting on his couch. May he rest in peace and God
bless his mother for having to go on alone.

Of course, we remember you. I have wondered how you are doing.

I am so sorry for the loss of your friend. Did you know him in person?

Please extend our condolences to his mother. I can't imagine the grief in losing one's child.

Seqrets, Cliff used to work with me until about two years ago. Cliff's sister had been murdered years ago and he lost his father also. Cliff's step father was hit by a car while he had been pulled over to help some one out during the time he was working with me. I cannot imagine what his mother is going through now. Cliff was a brilliant guy, he could piece together computer parts and had boards connected with wires just running while sitting on pieces of cardboard. He inspired me to fold and to start building computers.
We had a bad explosion her at the chemical plant I work at while he was working. It took a year to rebuild and he left shortly after we started back up. His visitation is 5-8 pm at Livingston Funeral home in Port Neches Texas and his funeral will be Monday.

I remember Seqrets and I am saddened to hear this. I'll be praying. Some people just endure more than their share of stuff and for them I hold on to the hope of afterlife because there's got to be more than this world.

Thanks for posting. It's been a long time since I've been to the Golden Triangle. My first night spent in Texas was at Sea Rim Park getting bit by hundreds of mosquitoes.

This is so tragic. My condolences and compassion to all who knew him and his remaining family!

Yes, I remember seqrets See Profile.

I don't remember a lot of posts from him never the less, he was a member of Team Helix, and will be missed.
EDIT: Even though I didn't know him personally, his profile tells me what kind of person he was!

Cliff was a good guy. Back in the old days we chatted often about what was then some real buggy software and servers coming out of Stanford. He never complained, just did what he could and kept on going. I think he was one of the early Genomers and started folding later and had quite a few "boxen". Good guy and a good teammate. Sorry to hear hes gone.
