set my router to use as an access point, no configure page

so basically i set my router to use an access point setting with the ip address 192.168.2.254, cause i thought it would help some steam connection problems that i know are my router's fault, and now i can't find the configuration webpage to change it back! is there any way to restore factory setting physically on the router?
