digital World

A lot of so-called law enforcement people think that there are no laws or Rights that apply in the digital world, since there is no instant wording for them to decipher the two apart.
But our Rights and Freedoms do apply in the digital world, just like our Rights and Freedoms apply in the real world(even though many enforcement officers disagree on that too).

It is a crime for the police to collect and store peoples information, based on "Just because". Judge issued Warrants are needed in the real world and Judge issued warrants should also be needed in the digital world too.

And remember there are a lot of people working in "law enforcement" that believe in the rights of citizens, the Constitution, and civil liberties.

Not everyone who wears a badge is a jack booted thug. Plenty of us believe in the rule of law, due process, and the notion that a guilty person should go free before an innocent person is punished for a crime they did not commit.

More of us out here than you think.....
