Seems to be related to a series of hacking events and blizzard did this to protect themselves and the user until the user figures out why they keep getting hacked.
As much as I have problems with Verizon Wireless, I have to say this review is unfair as it is more or less a negative review based on a bad experience with a 3rd party company. Being as it is, that third party company still allows me to play. This beef is with Blizzard and not Verizon
