many 1st level vz field mgrs have been receiving pamphlets and such promo material that has "verizon/frontier" printed on it. read into this what you want. but vz is going to get rid of all copper within 10-15 yrs and the techs will be installing LTE equipment on every job visit. vz/froniter is a partnership/spinoff/spinco that is only the start of vz focusing all their efforts on fiber and wireless. this does not include copper. anyone that hasn't figured this out already is prolly living in a cave.
