The problem is these companies love to tie accounts together using your e-mail address. As I tend to multiple websites for multiple clients it's not uncommon for me to have several clients on the same host.
About two months ago I had my host pull the same stuff - suspend a paid in full account because a totally unrelated account was past due. Sadly as much as they think they can do this by contractual obligations they can't. You paid for a service and if they refuse to provide that service you get your money back. |
