| 3web downtime - Unreliable - Poor Service I have to drop my service with 3Web
For the past 3 years, the have been many downtime. (twice to three times a month).
The service is poor. They just don't care. Long wait time at phone helpdesk, in both technical support, and account service. There is absolutely no remorse on their part.
Today is Nov 26, 2011. 3WEB internet cable service is down for already 3 days. SO LONG!!!
I am typing this because I am bored with the music tone that their accounting service is making me listening to. I have been waiting for 35 minutes |
