<title>3web downtime - Unreliable - Poor Service</title>

<description><![CDATA[inspection posted : I have to drop my service with 3Web<br><br>For the past 3 years, the have been many downtime. (twice to three times a month).<br>The service is poor. They just don't care. Long wait time at phone helpdesk, in both technical support, and account service. There is absolutely no remorse on their part.<br><br>Today is Nov 26, 2011. 3WEB internet cable service is down for already 3 days.   SO LONG!!!<br><br>I am typing this because I am bored with the music tone that their accounting service is making me listening to. I have been waiting for 35 minutes]]></description>
