Capitol Hill @verizon.net	My Covad line went down about 20 mins ago. I called into support and was told the CO had a problem and they were waiting for the phone company to show up. Below are the two master trouble ticket numbers. -Michael 3821084 3821105

Terp23 @comcast.net	reply to whfsdude Our Covad T1 line has been out since I walked in this morning (9AM EST). I opened a ticket w/ Covad and they stated that it is an area-wide outage (Washington, DC). Uhg.

Terp23 @comcast.net	reply to Terp23 Update. I just contacted Covad (again) and this time they said the outage is at the central office in VA. Possibly a fiber-break leading in/out of the office. They've already escalated the issue to a level 5 and have dispatched the carrier (Verizon?). Hopefully it'll be up by tomorrow.
