Most services won't actually cancel even though they said they did and will keep charging you even if you don't have the service anymore.  Several times I've had to actually change my account no. to get them to stop charging me after the service was supposed to be cancelled.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[Clever_Proxy posted : When I cancelled my service, I got out of my ETFs. They warned me of the ETFs and I said "There's no way in hell I'm paying that." The rep asked me why and I said it's because the service provided was not as advertised and I submitted countless trouble tickets to try to have it fixed. I was just relentless. "If you think I'm paying the ETF, you're out of your damn mind." etc.<br><br>ETFs were surprisingly dropped.]]></description>
