What have you done with Bruce

In October Bruce said he was going to get Kyle to come over and try the VDSL2 connection on my other line. Since then I have left several messages in this forum for Bruce with no reply and Kyle has never contacted me.

Kinda wonderring if hes ok or even still working there.
