It's Friday, I'm on my way home, and probably won't be back on the site till Monday unless something weird happens. I got the kids by myself this weekend so I won't have much time to get on, and if I do, I'll probably be cleaning, cooking, or sleeping instead.

He's role-claiming as cop, who can investigate one person a night and get their association. He's saying he investigated Brom and Brom is townie, and Meningitis is mafia. He can't be cop and mafia.

He could be lying about the cop thing though, and throwing suspicion away from him and his partner and focusing it on a townie...

This shit makes my brain hurt. lol

And smithfly, I'm sure about Brom because I got an innocent on him. He is a confirmed town.

OK Brom, we get to decide who wins at this point.

First off, I am a regular townie. I've certainly not shied away from being fairly involved during the days.

Here's how I see it: There is a 50% chance we have a cop (we had a doctor, so 2 of 4 gameplay variants, and 1 of those 2 have a cop), but only 33% what Ekster is saying is true.

If we do have a cop, it is either Ekster and Meningitis. I only say that because Meng hasn't been on at all to defend himself, and I don't want to vote him out and risk killing our cop before he says something.

Right now there are three likely scenarios:

1. Ekster is cop, which means he is telling the truth about Meng's guilt and your innocence, which makes Smith the final mafia.

2. Meng is cop, which means Ekster is likely mafia and falsely role-claiming to speed the end of the game, and I'm suspicious of him calling you innocent. Meng showing up here and defending himself can resolve this possibility.

3. There is no cop, which means Ekster is just as likely mafia for #2 justifications.

Until we hear more from Meng, I don't want to tunnel-vision too far down the assumption that Ekster is a cop just because he said so. Remember, he is a veteran and could easily pull a cop role-claim as mafia if he had to.

Anyways, I propose neither of us lynch Meng until he shows up and says something.

Ekster, that's not nice.

I'm town but can't back it up. So you all have to make a decision: lynch Ekster and survive another day, or lynch me and game over. I'm hoping one of you is actually a cop and can back this claim up. Otherwise its a judgement call that I will likely lose.

Tldr : Ekster is lying, lynch him and we get another day. Lynch me and we lose.

My problem is that it is either you and Smith, or Ekster and Brom, and I'm not sure who to vote for. Only problem is if it is Ekster and Brom, Brom will vote to lynch and we lose. If it's you and Smith, then wtf Smith.

Never ever believe a cop claim when LoL.

I guess it would make sense he claimed to investigate a townie and found them innocent--claiming his partner in crime as innocent would be a newbie mistake for Ekster.

I've done that before, and won doing so as well. Kris was my partner and I claimed cop and cleared him.

If you look at the types of roles, the mafia did not have a role-blocker, therefore when the doc died, they KNEW there was no cop... part of the F11 setup.

Oh interesting. That definitely gives them an advantage to figure out which variant we were in...
