No, I have Charters lowest. The only way I get the speeds I do is with the 4 channel bonding Motorola Modem. Still only pay the Min. I do not subscribe to tv or phone.

you are on the 8mbps plan then. channel bonding does not occur with the 1mbps lite plan, its not necessary. It usually does not happen with the 8 plan either(unless crowded node). I think they start using it at the 25/3 and above.
