| Confusion in regards to drops Hi
I've been having an ongoing issue with my fiber connection.
Basically, cetain times of the day, the connection will die.
Majoirty of websites get the dreaded page not found error, dns setting error, etc.
Most of the time when website cannot be displayed, I can still play say Everquest 2, download definition for Malwarebytes etc.
My isp has been out 3 times thus far.
I've replaced the router, cables, etc.
My service does not require a modem or anything. It looks like it is connected (there is an APC power thing, and a jack where the cable goes into the wall that is connected to a box outside)
Yesterday connection went out for a while.
What could cause this?

Daktel is my isp.
They called me back and mentioned that they switched something at the main office and looks like my internet access is back.
They told me to monitor it and anymore issues to give them a call.
