Hikes suck but...

They're network performs (almost) flawlessly. I pay for 15m/1.5m and ALWAYS see that speed. There's pretty much zero downtime, and after Frontier bought out Verizon around here, a ton of my clients have switched to Suddenlink and couldn't be happier. I know nothing of their TV service, but data-wise, they're the company to go with around here.
