[General] Connexion Technologies/Beyond Communications/SmartReso

I am moving from Atlanta, GA to Jacksonville, FL. The HOA for the neighborhood that I am moving to has contracted out with a company (Connexions Technologies) to provide FTTH. I cannot find much information regarding these two companies. Does anyone have experience with either of these companies (sales, support, quality of network, latency)?

Beyond Communications was formerly SmartResort in the Gulf Shores Area.

Beyonnd Communications is the company offering the sales and support. Their webpage does not offer pricing or many resources.

Fiber pricing is as follows
5/1mb - $39.99
10/2mb - $54.99
15/3mb - $69.99

Thank you for your help.

FTTH and they're only offering DSL speeds?

If those are internet only prices, they are very high for those speeds.
I certainly would not want to be locked into those rates and prices with no option to go elsewhere.
How much kickback revenue sharing is the HOA getting?

I'm not sure how much revenue they are sharing. I am only renting at the time. I do agree the speeds are very low for the pricing. I will find out more on December 18th when I move my stuff down there and follow up.

The prices aren't that great for the internet, but the service is directly to the condo and the latency (10-15ms to most places) and routing is good as well. The connection goes through 1 hop and then straight onto Level3. Also, the tech was running behind and they called to update me twice on his estimated arrival which was nice.

I have DISH Top 200 with HD/DVR and fiber and so far everything is good. ~$100 after taxes for both.
