Anon | INCONNECT is an excellent ISP! How do I know INCONNECT is an excellent ISP? I know because I use to work there and I know the people who still work there and they will do everything and anything within their power to get you up and running.
Do you realize how many hoops it takes to go through to get someone DSL? The process involves the ISP, the DSL provider (Covad, NewEdge, etc), and USWest because they own the lines to your house. It's pretty much a crap shoot whether you can get DSL and get it in a reasonable amount of time (less than two months is good), regardless of the ISP you deal with.
What puts INCONNECT on top is their commitment to excellence. If you really are interested in getting DSL, just give them a call and Darren or someone else will be more than willing to help you out. They'll keep you updated throughout the entire setup process too, so you are never kept in the dark. How's that for customer service!
