| Cable internet constantly fluctuating A friend of mine has cable internet through Windjammer. They recently switched from Time Warner to Windjammer in his area. His speeds are supposed to 10/1. Its constantly back and forth from 10 back down to 4 at any given time. Upload gets bogged way down too. Latency stays about the same. It is a little less prone to fluctuating in the morning though. Is this network congestion? Its a small town but i think the only other option is AT&T DSL so it could be. Whats it sound like to you guys? |

| I thinks,cable internet is a good but problematic way of connection.Its is used very widely.May be in future there be some new technology to replace it. |
