Yes, and it's been brought out to you before. Aside from the fact that you're "preaching to the choir", yelling at US doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Neither does ranting and raving without either:
a) telling the story or
b) presenting a solution or
c) proposing an activity.
Why don't you please consider exactly what you are doing when you post here? You are speaking to other users who have their own issues with their own ISP's (yes, there really are other people who have issues, not just you). We also are (believe it or not) MUCH more interested in a concise statement of the issue than we are in your calling other customers idiots, or in simply whining that Verizon spends all its time and money finding new ways to frustrate DSLNovice.
