Re: FCC I agree with what you said.. but it ends when you said "write any of these laws"... only congress can write a law and only a president can sign those bills into law. The FCC can only make a rule,.. there's a big difference there.
Something people also forget is that a governmental body such as the FCC isn't allowed to impose a fine either. Only congress or a court can meddle in those.. yet, for some reason, people continue to let appointed rogue agencies to continue down these roads, and everyone lets them.
The constitution is a fun thing. |
