Excellent AOL service until something goes wrong.
Why does it take so long to get AOL to correct their mistake. Their adviser amended my account to include daytime telephone calls and this resulted in AOL cancelling my broadband. AOL identified it as their mistake and said (on 29th Nov 2010) they would reinstate it within 10 working days. It is now 28th Dec 2010 and I still don't have broadband access through AOL.
Can't get through on their helpline as it is always busy. Have tried 3 times and gave up after 10 minute wait each time. This is a premium rate telephone number so I'm reluctant to waste any more money as well as time.
Anyone have any suggestions that would help? Has thought of going to another ISP. Can anyone suggest a good one?
