Ask for level 2 supportMoving the circuit fixed the problem for me. The level 2 tech patched us through to the St. Louis NOC, where the NOC tech rebuilt the circuit on a different redback.
This took multiple phone calls over about 1 month. Unfortunately the ATT Direct techs were unable to help.
Anyway, I am pretty happy with Comcast business (22/5) even with the extra cost over DSL and residential cable. I was pretty fed up with ATT's poor service and it was affecting my ability to work.
Overall, it was good while it lasted but ATT has really gone downhill in the last year or so. Capex is too low to remain competitive, and any new investment is concentrated in their wireless division. |
