I live in East Tennessee and am having a very hard time getting residential ISDN from AT&T. Does anyone have any tips or tricks? I've tried their 1.800.858.9413 number but that is a dead end. I was told by one CSR that basically you call that line, leave a message, and pray that someone gets back to you at some point. Any help would be really appreciated.
