wow Tmoblle gives me 4G at EV speeds, how nice

I have the $G stick and get usually 1.5m down highs can only be 5mb. even with the H+ (4G) connection speeds can be at 0.36 mb at the worst and average about 1.8mb down. when its over 2mb multiplayer games are good but otherwise its no fun.
