Speedtest Question Palo Alto, CA, USA SERVER JAVA TEST

I have comcast 105mbps package when i test on speakeasy.net or speedtest.net my speed shows 100mb+ always, But when I run on dslreports.com it always stay around 30mb do u know if the server of Palo Alto, CA is slow or am I doing something wrong ?
