| My original impression was it was before that, but testing now I concur. Maybe they're just hung-over and/or running late.

there are still a couple of places (this, and one minor place) where years are hardcoded. In this case, in a select for "not old" stuff. (years IN (....)).
Every year I manually update this, and then don't fix the code because the once a year punishment for writing shitty code isn't quite enough motivation. |

*Mumble*Years ago in my development days, I admit that I had in my code static year dates that needed an annual massage come the New Year too. I finally did go around and fix it once and for all. The tedium of having to answer to inquiries by users every January was the final motivator. Otherwise, i could live with myself fine. lol.
