A bit of both... with a severe lack of sleep... got too used to going to bed at 4 am for the past 10 days... I am on exactly 4 hours of sleep for the past 48 hours
It's close to my usual as well... but I actually got to sleep a decent 6-7 hours for a whole week... and just as I started getting used to it, BAM! back to waking up at 5:30 am.
