I live in NYC, and I have Earthlink with Time Warner.
I don't remember all the account information(this is why i am posting instead of calling), but I am paying 39.95 now after the promotion (I believe during promotion it was 29.95). I was supposed to pay 45.95, but the staff gave me 6 dollars discount.
I would like to know what is the advertised upload and download speed at this price?
according to the speedtest, i get around upload 420kpbs (so i supposed upstream is 512), and downstream I have 7.45 Mbps....
