Re: Press on Omnicity before we moved several years ago, we too dealt with Omnicity and it was a HORRIBLE service. We joined when they were still building their network of towers, and our service was out daily for nearly a year. At that time we had no other options besides dialup, or we would've left. We called every time it went out and eventually they ended up stopping after hours tech support, and no support on weekends. They tech people lie to their customers and deny any fault of their outages, and claim "it must be your computer". Funny, everyone must have faulty computers. Avoid them at all costs if possible! |
