"Your DVR is not responding at this time." I have only been to access it a couple of times in the last year. Can you imagine if this was my home heater or air conditioner. Verizon needs to get a handle on what they do now before they start adding more stuff. How hard can it be to make sure the DVR responds ALL the time.
