That said.. the ground is frozen right now.... to dig you need a jackhammer or a backhoe, not a shovel. If you want to create a login and PM me some info I can see what can be done to get it in the ground as soon as it thaws. As far as the usage is concerned, it's reported by the Cable modem MAC (think "serial number"). As you and your neighbour have different modem numbers, there is no way the usage has been combined. |
