What are the IPDSLAM tiers provisioned at? Is Elite, for instance, provisioned at exactly 6016/768, or is there supposed to be headroom (i.e. 6400ish) to account for overhead and inevitable losses?
they will continue to be served by existing (legacy) DSLAMs. (until they get around to upgrading those too.)
What exactly is the long-term plan for the CO DSLAMs? Are they going to retire the old DSLAMs on a schedule or just let them run until they die?
