whenever i try to recover my password, it says i don't have enough information to do so. i always type my username and the security phrase but it never works! help please!
Just call them, the rep will reset it for you after you provide your SS#, address, phone number, name of your first born . . . They will ask if there is an alternate email address you would like to associate with the account. I did that and the next time I had a problem, the automated system sent the password recovery link to my work email.
