I have 764k/128K DSL, which I am trying to get upgraded to 3M if my ISP will cooperate. The flash speed test has always been reliable but for at least the past three weeks, it has reported download speeds of over 10M, which can't be possible. However, the Java speed test seems to be reporting accurately.
