[VOIPo.COM] Service Outage
Anyone remember what we are supposed to do if we are VOIPo customers and have a service outage on the weekend? I opened a ticket but I doubt it will get looked at until Monday. There is a certain area code and exchange I cannot call, just get dead air. Other providers are fine. My family members who have VOIPo exclusively are kind of hosed.
If I recall correctly, one of the VOIPOnauts said that they do have someone give a look-see at the tickets that are submitted over the weekend, precisely for this type of situation.
Why not ALSO send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
Hopefully one of them will get looked at. Couldn't hurt.
