I do remember when the dashboard update came out for the cable boxes here it was laggy as hell but its working great now. Oh well can't keep everyone happy.
Sorry, didn't mean to imply I was unhappy. Time Warner is a decent cable company but when you come from an area with a great cable company it makes it seem worse.As for the TV menu, shouldn't the firmware get pushed automatically?

Well, apparently my box was not part of this Can you force an upgrade on the menu somehow?
You probably have a different box from the one I have which might explain that.I have a SA 8240HDC, bout all I can say is to be patient and you will get it eventually if they havent sent it out already.
