I am glad chelle got her job back. If RR really cared about their customers, they would have people monitoring this forum and responding to customer requests. Even @HOME when it was dying had an official tech there.
If RR wants to learn how to do it right, they should take a peak at the OOL forum. There are many techs from all over that post there, and there's even a forum where their VPs post as well.

Why is it every time I complain about my service they always tell me go to dslreports.com and speedguide.net for, wtf?!!!!!!!! Aint no help if no techs to help. |
