| Current Comcast Service Conditions Last several years services (telephone, TV & Internet) have been relatively flawless. Can't remember any interruptions. Only issues have been several "Video On Demand" ones dealing with "backhaul" signal levels. They came out and serviced these promptly and effectively. They ended up putting an amplifier between their feed and the house wiring and rearranging the drops ( We currently have 5 STB's and a Digital adapter).
Comcast had a number of issues with their digital adapter unit quality. It took four adapters before I could get two installed successfuly. First one was a charm and then had two bad ones. |
