T1 down in LA area
Once again a Covad T1 is down it Commerce, CA. This started at 10:34 AM PT. Trying to call into Covad T1 support is taking forever, no one is answering.
Thank you for choosing Covad, now a MegaPath brand. I just checked on the nodemap and I don't see any outage that could've related to your Covad circuit in Los Angeles, CA.
I apologize for T1 Support not answering your call right away, but please understand that if there was an outage, that there is massive overflow.
