nuclearfireb join:2007-01-30 Davis, CA	Upgraded to faster account After a pleasant chat with customer service, I realized that my service was only up to 1.5, so any issues that I experienced were with in the normal range. For a few dollars more they upgraded me to 6Mbs and now I'll be good to go.
