I have 16 Down and never had a problem. Had Comcast for several years and never had any problems. What gets me if all these people are having so many problems why are you still with them. You must like wasting your money most areas have other options. I have 3 other internet services in my area and believe me if I had the problems this guy says he's having I have the common sense and get rid of them.
Same here. I've had them at my current address and have only had one issue. My phone and internet was out for about 12 hours on a weekend due to an outage. Other than that it's been great.
