Directions for connecting without VZAccess Manager for LG 4G

Does anyone know how to connect without VZAccess Manager with the new LGE LTE 4G modem?

I recently upgraded from an older model which had a dialup connection with only #777 as the number.

I have tried the method using #########@vz4g.com but that doesn't seem to work.

I have 3 pc's: XP, Vista and 7

I would love help for any of those systems

(The modem works fine WITH VZaccess manager)
