Noah no provider these days lists their complete offering prices online these days (and yea that also includes Verizon). Someone else brought this issue up a while back and I did a pretty decent check of all the local providers (and some not so local). Getting such lists was extremely difficult. There is no doubt a marketing reason behind it and they all seem to be doing it to some degree.
