They can lose it in the blink of an eye though. The Rays sweep the Sox this week and they lose that 3 game lead. I think they keep calling up Lackey to keep the Yankee's in the race for #1 in the division. The Sox have just about completely blown their lead and being 1/2 a game behind the Yankee's isn't the ideal position at this point in the season.
